12 of Our Favorite Things (part 1)

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen summer! We shall miss you. We are approaching that time of year to that awkward point where 3 major holidays are competing for your attention as well as your hard earned dollar. Companies are ready for the holiday and so are we at Bitty Giant. But I figured to talk a bit about what we have been enjoying instead of bribing you or throwing it in your face to buy one of our most coveted candles. Buy the pumpkin pie candle, it's drool worthy!

So we figured to have some fun before we get holiday crazy by having a list of our favorite things. We will break it down into two blogs, my current favorites and then Nick's (co-owner of Bitty Giant) favorites which will post next Friday. Hope you may find this list fun to read on a Friday afternoon. I promise I won't let you down.

1. Artist Loft watercolors from Michael's Craft Store

Set comes with 12 colors including Prussian Blue which *trend alert* blue will be the it color this Fall 2016.

2. Two Women Beer by New Glarus Brewing Co.

My go to beer by New Glarus is the classic Spotted Cow but Two Women is surprisingly delicious. It's a refreshing, elegant crisp lager. Plus I'm obsessed with the label design.

3. Holographic notebook

This notebook was seriously picked up from the Dollar Tree. Every holosexual needs a holographic notebook. $1 SERIOUSLY! Not sure if they are still in stores since Back-to-School fever is out and its all about the pumpkin spice now.

4. Beauty Blender knock off

Dollar Tree find. Works just like its $20 Pink sister. How can you say no? IT'S A DOLLAR!

5. Shiny Ceramic Pumpkin

At this point you might think I am sponsored by Dollar Tree but I am not. I saw this pumpkin at my local Dollar Tree store and it's been sitting by my bedside giving me all the pumpkin spice vibes.

6. TAZO refresh mint

Served cold or hot. This tea is amazing after a long day working. Great night time tea since it's caffeine-free.

7. essence glitter nail polish

Glitter is a must. This glitter polish in Space Queen is my favorite for the past few weeks. It's also easy to remove unlike most glitter polishes.

8. Taylor Street Soap Co. solid lotion stick in Jasmine + Tuberose

This perfect little beauty product is theperfect size to carry with you everywhere. It's great for your hands or cuticles. I bring this solid lotion stick to work every day. It's all natural and its non-greasy formula is great so you don't "goop" up your keyboard at work while you type.

9. Burt's Bees Lipstick in Blush Basin

I decided to pick up this lip product through my Birchbox site with my earned points. I am so glad I did since this has been my "go to chill and relax" day lip product. The color is in Blush Basin and gives me good vibes since it's a nice dusty rose color. It's a nice transition color from summer to fall.

10. Fit & Active Cinna-Swirl rice snack

This product you can pick up at your local ALDI. This snack can be found near the cereals and protein bars. I never thought I would be inclined to buy this since it's not chocolate but it does satisfy your sweet tooth. It's only 90 calories for a since serving pouch and 6 grams of sugar. The Classic Cinnamon Bun from Cinnabon is 880 calories and 58 grams of sugar. I would rather choose the ALDI version. *Numbers found from My Fitness Pal*

11. Bird Song - M.I.A.

Listen to this English rapper list a variety of birds along a sick beat.

12. Carly Cristman IG account

So we all know everyone dies to have that perfect uniform IG account where each picture perfectly fits in with the next. Carly Cristman; model, lifestyle blogger and lover of anything black or white has the perfect IG account that is basically is bae. Her color blocking, flaylays, OOTDs are seriosuly on point.
